Hey, I’m Tally Traver, a farmer, a naturalist, and a biologist that grew up believing I was all wild thing. I have spent most of my life studying the wild things of the natural world. An education that began informally in the forests and fields of my childhood home and continued formally in the classrooms and laboratories of Maryville College. It is an education that continues daily on my farm and in the wilderness of East Tennessee. I’m on a mission to share my love of wild things with my community, to spark curiosity and inspire the creativity needed to preserve the wild spaces that exist both inside and outside our human bodies.
